Creative Problem Solving

Creative Problem Solving is a way of thinking about the problems that we face, helps us develop breakthrough ideas and then take action on these new ideas.

• Creative Problem Solving
In this session the attendees will be taking an innovative approach to handling day to day issues – after all, doing the same thing always and expecting a different result is a waste of time. Attendees will learn to use 7 different problem solving tools and apply at least one of these to a current organisational issue.

• Creating Results Out of Ideas (Decision Making, Strategic vs. Tactical
Planning, Creative Problem Solving) - Management Level
One of the greatest challenges that any organisation faces is trying to create results out of ideas. Intrinsic in this conversion is identifying and dealing with change. Decision making is often the location of the breakdown of the 'idea to result' transition. Providing a framework on which ideas can be discussed will often lead to improved and more efficient decision making. Creative Problem Solving is a tool that helps people re-define the problems they face, come up with breakthrough ideas and then take action on these new ideas. In this session participants will be taking an innovative approach to handling day to day issues.
