You can't always trust your eyes!

Mills-Eaton is a Staff Training organisation based in Newcastle, (Hunter Region) New South Wales, Australia. We have been in business for over 10 years and have gained a reputation for our innovative and effective approach to developing training solutions to issues experienced by our client organisations.

Our staff training focus is 'soft or people skills', that is, non-technical training. These include: Team Development, Leadership & Management, Supervisor and Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, Creative Problem Solving, Influence & Negotiation, Sales Training, Customer Service, Communication (including dealing with Gen Y, Gen X & Babyboomers, Male vs Female and Assertive Communication), Public Speaking & Presentation, Time Management, Coaching and other related skill sets.

Our training sessions are focused on creating long lasting change in the workplace - changes in attitude, better communication between staff and management and improved productivity – all of which impact positively on the bottom line.

We do not subscribe to the ‘one size fits all’ in designing and delivering their courses. From the client brief, including issues faced and desired outcomes, the sessions are designed for maximum results…making a difference!

Our client list is extensive and includes organisations like Boeing Australia, Wesley Uniting Employment, McDonalds Stores, NSW Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA). On our website you will find testimonials on the effectiveness of our training plus some information on topics we cover.

Kellie Mills - Managing Partner and Gary Eaton - Partner, are both trainers and consultants. Both are also in demand as an entertaining and motivational conference speakers.

TEAM DAYS. Kellie has earned the reputation as the Team Day Specialist. Her particular forté is working with teams that are dysfunctional or performing poorly. For more information on Team Days and other Team Development programs, please contact Mills-Eaton or follow the link.

'Y' don't they work like we do?

Generational Communications is a hot (and sometimes heated) topic in the workplace. We present this as a full day seminar or as a conference keynote address. Effective relationships between Baby Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y are essential for every organisation. Understanding how to make this happen is not as difficult as you might think!
