Where appropriate, staff are given specific protocols to maintain consistency when dealing with customers Face to Face, on the Telephone, and when Handling Complaints.

NB. In order to ensure applicability these protocols are worked through with the individual Organisation prior to implementation.

The focus is on improving the customer’s perception of staff in the areas of – Helpfulness, Professionalism, and Friendliness. This in turn makes dealing with customers easier and ultimately has a positive impact on not only the bottomline but also on team morale and stress levels overall.
