Apprentice Training

Staff retention is a critical issue for most businesses today. Finding the right staff is difficult enough, and once found, retention becomes a key financial issue. More and more organisations are including apprentices in their retention plans.

One solution to the retention issue is soft skills or people focused training. After all, communication and other people related issues are often at the core of people problems in the workplace, so Mills-Eaton has developed a 12 part training program to help your apprentices be more effective. This program will assist your young staff to bemore productive and better settled both in the short and longer terms.
