Training
Staff
retention is a critical issue for most businesses today. Finding
the right staff is difficult enough, and once found, retention
becomes a key financial issue. More and more organisations are
including apprentices in their retention plans.
One
solution to the retention issue is soft skills or people focused
training. After all, communication and other people related issues
are often at the core of people problems in the workplace, so
Mills-Eaton has developed a 12 part training program to help your
apprentices be more effective. This program will assist your young
staff to bemore productive and better settled both in the short
and longer terms.
