Kellie Mills

Kellie is managing partner of Mills-Eaton Training, formerly of Port Macquarie now based in Newcastle. For the last eleven years, Kellie Mills has been presenting results-focused training for clients throughout Australia while delivering key note addresses and conference workshops for clients as varied as the NSW RTA and a large Chartered Accounting firm.

Kellie is a coach, mentor and a creative thinker and leader.

She is passionate about working with women. Kellie was the founder and President of the Hastings Business Women’s Network in Port Macquarie for 6 years (membership 180). The Kempsey and Coffs Coast BWNs were set up using her philosophy and framework.

Kellie has been nominated as Telstra Businesswoman of the Year on several occasions, and is highly respected by business and ‘government‘ organisations. Her client list reads like a Who’s Who and includes the world’s largest aeroplane manufacturer, Australia’s largest regional accounting firm, government departments, councils, and businesses large and small.

Kellie is an accredited Belbin Team Role® Theory trainer and coach.

Kellie is an exceptionally gifted trainer and her courses motivate participants to accept new behaviours in the workplace and allow them to own the outcomes of their training. Kellie (and partner Gary) are continually designing new and innovative solutions to meet their client’s training needs.

Kellie was awarded ‘Woman of the Year‘ for the Port Macquarie electorate and is on the 2005 NSW Premiers Honour Role. She is currently writing a book to help empower women.
